4. Once a month, skim your records and delete what you no longer need.

Short, specific phrasing beats generic words like important or later.

What should stay out of a chat bot

Any bot sends your text to the owner's server. Treat it like an ordinary cloud service. That is fine for daily jots, but secrets deserve a better home. 🔒

• Bank and email passwords.
• SMS codes and backup codes for two factor login.
• Crypto wallet seed phrases.
• Passport scans and full card numbers.

For anything sensitive, use a password manager with proper encryption.

Who gets the most from it

Students tracking deadlines. Freelancers who keep payment details and reply templates handy. Families with shared household lists who want to drop text into a group chat in seconds.

If you rely on a big notes app with folders and tags, this bot will not replace it. For quick captures on the go it is faster, since there are fewer steps between a thought and saved text.
