Top Dawg: Build a Dog Squad in Telegram

Collecting a pack of dogs, upgrading your squad and chasing a promised airdrop? Top Dawg is a Telegram mini game that builds chests, upgrades and contests around a team of dogs. 🐶

The game comes from the Bitcoin Dogs team. It launched on Telegram on November 1, 2024, and was in public beta at the time.

A squad of three fighters

The core is a three-versus-three format. You build a team of three dog characters and send it to fight other creatures or players.

Characters are bought with points earned in the game. At launch only a mode against the computer was available, and the developers promised player-versus-player battles later.

Chests and upgrades

Every dog has its own attributes and upgrade options. Chests of different types give new dogs or items, which makes opening them a pleasant little gamble.

Airdrops and honest expectations

The name "Top Dawg" gets confused with projects around another dog-themed coin and with a music label. They are different things, and fake "giveaways" under similar names are common. 🔐
