About this App
Your to-do list grows inside a notes app, paper stickers get lost, and the dedicated task app gets opened once a month. Taski lives where you already spend half your day: inside Telegram. Open the mini app, jot down a task, close it 📝
A task in ten seconds
A task in Taski holds up to 500 characters, enough for a short note with details. You can attach a category and, if you like, add a date and time.
Made a mistake or changed your mind? Tasks can be edited and deleted, and a deletion can be undone. That guards against an accidental tap.
Repeats for routine chores
Paying for internet, watering plants, a Friday report. For such chores there is repetition: every few days, weeks, months or years. Set it once and the task returns on its own 🔁
- Days. Good for medicine and habits.
- Weeks. For meetings, workouts and cleaning.
- Months. For payments and meter readings.
- Years. For birthdays and document renewals.
Categories instead of a heap
With ten tasks you need no order. With a hundred, you drown without categories. Taski lets you create, rename and delete your own categories (names up to 40 characters), for example Work, Home, Study.
A tip: keep five to seven categories at most. The more there are, the harder it is to choose when entering a task, and the more tasks settle into Misc.
A morning digest in chat
The bot sends a daily message listing your unfinished tasks. The default time is eight in the morning, and you can change it in settings ⏰
The convenience is that the reminder arrives where you already read messages, and you do not need to open one more app to recall today's chores.
Progress and export
The progress section shows how you are doing, and the Done view keeps closed tasks. Looking at what is finished motivates: a to-do list usually scares, a done list pleases.
If you need to move your data, the whole list can be sent to your chat as a CSV file. It opens in any spreadsheet, so a backup is within reach 📤
A few habits make a list work.
- Write things down at once. Your head is for thinking, not for storing lists.
- Add a deadline only when it is real. A made-up date makes you stop trusting dates.
- Break big tasks down. "Build a website" does not work, "pick a font" does.
- Review the list weekly. Delete what is stale, move what matters.
A day with Taski
In the morning the digest arrives: three tasks for today and one overdue. You open the app, move the overdue item to tomorrow and tick off the finished ones as the day goes. In the evening you check the Done view and see the day was not wasted ✅
That is how the habit works: a short entry in the morning, a short exit at night, and no extra noise between. What matters is keeping the list short and honest.
Limits to keep in mind
Taski works only in Telegram, so if you change messengers you will need to export your data. Team projects with roles and a task board call for other tools: this is a personal organizer. Do not store passwords or card details in apps like this 🔒
