There are two kinds of spreads, chosen with commands.

/make_taro: a basic spread when you want a short look at a situation.
/make_details_taro: a detailed reading for a complex question where a short answer falls short.

How to word your question

Open questions work best. "What should I pay attention to in this situation?" gives more to think about than "Will it work out or not?".
