Sticker Downloader Bot for Telegram

You found a sticker pack you would like to keep handy: in case the author deletes it, or so you can use it somewhere else. Sticker Downloader gathers the whole pack into a single ZIP archive, so you do not have to save images one by one. 💬

The bot is simple, with no menus or settings: you send a sticker and it packs the entire set. Here is what you get and how to use it.

One sticker instead of the whole pack

The bot only needs a single sticker from a pack. It works out which pack it belongs to and prepares an archive with every sticker at once.

1. Open the bot and press Start (the /start command).
2. Forward it any sticker from the pack you want.
3. Receive the ZIP file.
4. Save it to your phone or computer and extract it.

What is inside the archive

The bot handles both regular and animated stickers. Under the hood, Telegram stores them in different formats, and it helps to know the difference. 📦

• Static stickers are usually saved as WebP, which most modern programs and browsers can open.
• Animated stickers use Telegram's own TGS format, a compressed vector animation.
• Video stickers come as WebM.

If you need a familiar PNG or GIF, run the files through a converter. Turning WebP into PNG takes seconds in any image editor.

Why export packs at all

There are a few reasons, all fairly ordinary:

• Backup. Authors sometimes delete old packs, and you cannot bring them back later.
• Design work. It is easier for an illustrator to study a pack or take a reference from it.
• A personal collection. Downloaded files can feed your own selection for other platforms, if the author's terms allow it.

A word on copyright

Stickers are drawn by people, and every pack has an author. Saving them for a personal collection is fine. Posting someone else's work under your name or selling it is not. ⚠️

If you want to make a derivative work, write to the author first. Many artists happily allow use with credit.

When something goes wrong

Large packs can be heavy, and packing them takes time. Wait a minute before sending the sticker again. If the archive still does not arrive, try a different sticker from the same pack.

What about privacy

Stickers in public packs are open to everyone anyway, so nothing secret is involved. Still, do not forward personal images disguised as stickers. The bot is meant for sticker packs, not for storing personal files.
