Files the bot sends are bound by Telegram's own restrictions. Very long videos in high quality may not fit or may need a lower resolution.

Download only what you have the right to keep: your own videos, material the author allowed, recordings under free licenses. Video hosting terms usually forbid downloading without permission, and other people's content is protected by copyright.
