Mention Mirror: Call the Whole Chat

In a big group, an important message sinks within a minute. You type "everyone, look here" and half the members never see a notification. Mention Mirror fixes that with a single tag: put #all in your message and the bot calls the whole chat. 📣

If you only need the moderators, write #admin and the bot mentions every administrator of the group. No typing out names, no pasted lists.

Two tags cover most cases

The whole interface rests on two tags. You drop them into an ordinary message in a group where the bot is present.

• #admin calls all administrators. Handy when the chat has spam, a dispute or a rules question.
• #all mentions every member. Fits meetups, urgent news and polls.

Each tag has an alternative form with the at sign, and it works the same way. Pick whichever is easier to type on your phone.

Three commands for control

The command menu is short:

• /help shows a usage hint.
• /cancel stops a mention that you started by mistake.
• /donate opens a way to support the developers.

The stop command deserves attention. In a group of several hundred people an accidental mass ping is annoying, so being able to halt it is a relief.

When a mass ping is justified

Any tool for mass alerts can turn into a source of irritation. People mute chats, leave groups and stop reading when they get pinged for no reason.

Keep one rule: call everyone only for things that truly concern everyone. A meeting date, an urgent rule change, closing a signup. Everything else can be posted without mentions.

Connecting it to your group

1. Open the bot and add it to your group.
2. Give it access to messages so it can see tags inside the text.
3. Write #admin or #all in the chat and check that the bot reacts.
4. Tell members how and when the call may be used, to prevent abuse.

If the bot stays silent, the cause is usually permissions. Check that it is on the member list and has not been blocked.

Watch out for similar names

The name is simple, and Telegram has bots with almost the same one. Add the bot through the button on this page rather than through search, so you get this one and not a clone with other goals.

Never give any bot more rights in a group than it needs. For calling members, reading messages is enough.

Which groups benefit most

Residents' chats, school parent groups, gaming clans, work teams and study streams. Anywhere you need to gather people quickly without messaging each one.

A friend circle of five does not need a bot like this, regular mentions are enough there.
