About this App

Price has drifted too far from its average and looks overheated. Or it has crashed harder than seems reasonable. Crypto Mean Reversion Bot hunts for such pairs for you and shows results in a Telegram mini app. 📊

This is an educational scanner, not trading advice. It calculates indicators and lists candidates, and the decision stays with you.

The idea in brief

Mean reversion rests on a simple observation: after a sharp move, price often drifts back toward its average. The Z-Score shows how many standard deviations price has moved away from it. The farther it goes, the more extreme the move.

But an extreme is not a reversal. In a strong trend, price can leave its average and keep going. That is why the app warns that the strategy can fail in trends.

What you can set

Before launching, you set the search conditions and press Start Scan. It scans USDT perpetual pairs on a major crypto exchange.

  • Timeframe. 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day.
  • Z-Score. How far price must stray from the mean.
  • Min Confluence. How many indicators must agree.
  • Min Confidence. The minimum signal quality score.
  • RSI Period. The lookback window for RSI.
  • Min R:R. The minimum ratio of potential reward to risk.

What the results show

First a short summary: how many pairs were checked, how many matched, and how many longs and shorts. You can sort the list by confidence, Z-Score or R:R. 🔎

A long signal means a negative Z-Score with oversold readings, and a short means a positive Z-Score with overbought ones. The Hurst Exponent and Half-Life are considered too, along with RSI, Stochastic, Bollinger Bands, CCI, Williams %R and ADX.

Trade levels

Tap any pair to get a detailed plan.

  1. Entry at the current price.
  2. A stop loss two ATRs away from entry.
  3. TP1 halfway to the mean, where you are advised to close half of the position.
  4. TP2 at the mean itself.
  5. An optional TP3 beyond the mean.

The app's own advice

The app recommends higher timeframes (1 hour, 4 hours) and looking for agreement among four or more indicators. It suggests risking 1 to 2 percent of the account per trade, always using a stop, avoiding major news periods, and testing the idea on history first. ✅

The catch

A signal is a hypothesis, not a forecast. Perpetuals offer leverage, so an error can lead to liquidation fast. Fees, slippage and funding payments eat small edges.

Do not trade money you cannot stand to lose. Begin by watching signals without real trades and compare them with what the market did next. ⚠️

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Crypto Mean Reversion Bot do?▼
The mini app scans USDT perpetual pairs on a major crypto exchange and looks for pairs whose price has strayed far from its average. For each match it shows direction, confidence, Z-Score, R:R and entry, stop and take-profit levels.
Are these trading signals I can simply follow?▼
No. The app states it is for educational purposes and tells you to do your own research. A signal is a hypothesis, and the reversion may never come, especially in a strong trend. The trade decision and the risk size are yours.
Which settings should I choose?▼
The app suggests higher timeframes (1 hour or 4 hours) and agreement among four or more indicators. It advises keeping risk per trade within 1 to 2 percent of the account and always using a stop. Test the settings first by watching or by testing on history.
What are the risks of trading perpetuals?▼
Leverage magnifies losses as well as profits, and a position can be forcibly closed. There are also fees, slippage and funding payments. Size your position so you can survive a move against you, and never trade borrowed money.
