The bot calls itself an analyzer and a conversation partner. Behind it is a project called Kommuna with its own news channel.

Where the four letters come from

The method was built by Katharine Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers during World War II, based on Carl Jung's 1921 book Psychological Types. The questionnaire has carried the name Myers-Briggs Type Indicator since 1956.

A type is made from four pairs: extraversion and introversion, sensing and intuition, thinking and feeling, judging and perceiving. One letter from each pair gives 16 combinations.

What the critics say

The test is popular, but scientists raise many questions. When people retake it five weeks later, a large share get a different type.

Scores tend to cluster near the middle of each scale rather than split into two clear camps. Type descriptions are often so general that they fit almost anyone. Treat the result as a prompt for self-reflection, not a diagnosis. ⚖️

3. Note what matches your experience and what does not.
4. Ask the bot about topics you care about and compare its answer with your own view.

The bot is aimed at a Russian-speaking audience, and a personality type works best as a starting point for self-observation. Do not make career or relationship decisions based on it.
