About this App
Debts pile up, the bank calls do not stop, and one question keeps coming back: is there a legal way out? The KreditovNet bot gives a first answer right inside Telegram. 💬
It is run by a company that handles personal bankruptcy cases in Russia. The bot does not replace a lawyer. It helps you see whether it makes sense to go further.
What the bot does in five minutes
Its job is modest and clear: help you get your bearings before you spend money and time on consultations.
- Reviews your situation. It asks about your debts and finances.
- Answers common questions. About the procedure, timing and consequences.
- Collects basic details. So the consultant does not have to start from zero.
- Passes on your contact. If the procedure fits, the company's legal department gets the request.
Bankruptcy basics before you call a lawyer
Personal bankruptcy in Russia follows the insolvency law, and a court always makes the decision. Nobody, neither a lawyer nor a bot, can promise that your debts will be written off. If someone guarantees a hundred percent result, be careful. ⚖️
There are two routes: through an arbitration court, or out of court through a public services center (MFC). The out-of-court route costs the applicant nothing, but it does not suit everyone.
The debt should fall roughly between 25 thousand and one million rubles, and enforcement proceedings must have ended because there is no property to collect. Check current conditions with the state services portal or an MFC.
What it costs and what follows
Court bankruptcy costs money, and not only for the lawyer. You need to cover the financial manager's fee, plus publication costs and fees. The exact total is in the contract, so read it before signing.
There are consequences too. For some time you cannot file for bankruptcy again, and when you apply for a loan you must tell the bank about it. Some property may be sold to pay creditors, although a sole home is usually protected, with exceptions such as a mortgaged one.
Spotting the scammers
Debt attracts people who profit from desperation. A few simple checks:
- Find the company's legal entity in the open state register and see how long it has operated.
- Read reviews on independent sites, including the bad ones.
- Do not pay a large sum before signing a contract that spells out what the price includes.
- Never hand over SMS codes or passwords for banks and government portals.
The bot asks for basic details, and that is enough. A preliminary talk does not need your passport, tax number or access to your bank accounts.
Using the bot
Open the bot, press Start and answer the questions. If your answers include the debt amount, the number of creditors and what property you own, the estimate gets sharper. Once things are clearer, you can reach a consultant.
While you sort this out, keep paying essential bills and save every letter from banks and bailiffs. Your lawyer will need them. 📄
