About this App
Frog Farm bills itself as the first truly liquid game on Telegram. The pitch sounds familiar: farm points, complete tasks, invite friends and eventually earn real money. 🐸
Here is how it is supposed to work according to its creators, what actually happened, and how to approach games like this without losing time or money.
What you do on the farm
- Farm Croaks. The main points build up over time and need to be collected regularly.
- Tasks. Follows, visits and social actions earn extra Croaks.
- Mini games. Separate modes with prizes in USDT, a dollar stablecoin.
- Referrals. You get 5% of the points and purchases of friends you invite directly.
- Boosters. Farming speed-ups paid in TON or Telegram Stars.
The liquidity pool idea
The project's big selling point is that points should turn into a FROG token, backed by a liquidity pool gathered in advance. Your share depends on your share of all points. 💧
The project's own example: if the pool holds a million dollars and you own 1% of all points, you get tokens worth 10,000 dollars. The pool exists so tokens can be sold freely after listing. Activity, tasks, invited friends and beta testing also affect the final amount.
On paper this is more transparent than many tap games. It only works, though, if the pool is really funded and the token is really issued.
The catch
The token date moved several times. It was first promised for October 2024, then December, then the end of January 2025. There is no public confirmation that the token launched or that the airdrop happened, and major mini app directories still list the token launch as not done. ⚠️
The player base has shrunk a lot too, from hundreds of thousands at the peak to a small fraction today.
It is a familiar pattern in tap games: paid boosters, heavy focus on referrals and a listing that keeps slipping. Many projects that followed this script never paid players anything.
If you play anyway
- Stay free. Don't buy boosters with TON or Stars. What you put in may not come back.
- Check the news. Before any action, read the latest posts in the project's official channel.
- Use a spare wallet. Connect a separate wallet with a small balance, never your main one.
- Guard your phrase. Nobody, bot or support, has any reason to ask for your seed phrase or private key.
- No promises to friends. When inviting people, don't promise income that may never arrive.
How to spot a project with a future
A few signs help. Does the token have a real date and exchange confirmed by several independent sources? Does the team publish the pool address and how much it holds? Do updates appear in the channel regularly? 🔍
If the answers are vague, treat Frog Farm as a free game for a couple of minutes a day, not as a way to make money.
