Dream Aero: Book a Flight Simulator

You want to give someone an experience instead of another mug, but calling around to agree on a time is a chore. Dream Aero moves flight simulator booking into a chat: you message an administrator and settle the details there. ✈️

This is the booking bot of the Dream Aero flight simulators. It covers three jobs: learning about the project, reserving a flight and arranging a gift certificate.

Real people answer

Behind the bot sit live administrators. They explain how a session goes, how the formats differ and what you need to bring.

They reply every day from 09:00 to 22:00. Write after work and you will still catch them, and a morning message gets an answer as the day starts.

Booking in a few messages

You do not need to say much. Have these details ready and the reservation goes faster:

• City and location. Simulators are in several cities, so pick the one near you.
• Flight length. Usually you choose from a few options, starting at half an hour.
• Date and time. Offer two or three convenient windows so the administrator can find a free one.
• Promo code or certificate. If you already have one, mention it right away.

The administrator agrees the exact time with you personally, so the final confirmation always arrives as a human message.

A certificate beats a souvenir

A flight gift certificate works for birthdays, anniversaries and company parties. The recipient picks the date and comes when it suits them.

Certificate lengths vary: the project website lists options from 30 to 180 minutes. Prices depend on the city, the day of the week and the format, so ask the administrator for the current cost. 🎁

What the flight feels like

The Dream Aero simulator sits on a moving platform. It tilts and shakes along with the picture, so the sensation is closer to a real aircraft than a home simulator gives you.

Before takeoff you are normally shown how to hold the yoke and what the main instruments mean. No piloting experience is needed, and you can start from zero.

Who the flight is for

People book it as a gift for a husband, a friend or a teenager who dreams about the sky. Others simply want to see whether they can land an airplane.

It suits a couple tired of cafes and cinemas, and a team of colleagues looking for a shared reason to get together. You can write to the bot for a gift or for yourself. 🛫

A short checklist before you go

1. Ask the bot whether there are age or health restrictions.
2. Request free slots for your dates.
3. Check how long the certificate stays valid and how rescheduling works.
4. Arrive a little early so the briefing is relaxed.

Settle these questions before you pay, and keep the answers in the chat so you can return to them. On the day itself, all that is left is enjoying the view from the cockpit. 😊

Perks for returning guests

The project runs a loyalty program. Through it you can book flights, give certificates and spend accumulated points. Ask the administrator about the earning rules, since they can change.

The project channel is the place to follow news and promotions. Offers published there sometimes run for a limited time.
