Setup takes a minute

Can you trust it with admin rights?

Every channel owner asks the same thing first: could this bot hijack my audience? A few facts help here.

• Minimal permissions. It only needs the right to add members. It cannot post or remove anyone.
• Access checks. Before saving any setting, the bot re-checks that you are still an admin of that chat. Lose admin rights, lose access.
• Open source. The code is public under the AGPL-3.0 license, so any developer can audit it or run their own copy.
• No account access. It never asks you to log in to your Telegram account or share a code.

Make the welcome message count

Every newcomer sees your welcome, which makes it the best spot for quick orientation. In two lines, say what the channel is about, where the pinned guide is and how to reach an admin.

Skip the ads and the wall of links. The person has just arrived and has not decided whether to stay. A short, friendly line like Hi $name, glad to have you in $chat beats a long essay. 👋

If your channel is closed for a while, switch on auto decline with a note saying when it will reopen, so people are not left guessing.
