About this App
"When works for you?" "How about Tuesday?" "No, Tuesday is busy." Agreeing on a meeting can be harder than holding it. Calendry cuts out that back and forth: you send a booking link, the person picks a time, and both of you know when you meet 📅
How it works
Calendry calls itself a booking assistant. You get a personal link that you can hand to a client, a colleague or a friend. Through it, the person sees free slots and takes the one that suits them.
The link comes with the /mylink command at any moment. Everything runs inside Telegram, so no separate app is required.
Two commands and nothing extra
- /mylink: shows your booking link. Put it in your profile, pin it in a channel or send it in a private message.
- /feedback: a short way to tell the developers what is missing.
The rest happens in the mini app: schedule setup and viewing bookings. The principle matches popular online booking calendars, only without email or sign-up on the guest's side.
Who saves the most time
Anyone who schedules meetings regularly knows what extra messaging costs. It shows most with people who need time at specific hours:
- Tutors and coaches: students pick a window themselves, and you stop checking your notes.
- Specialists and consultants: bookings stay in one place instead of ten chats.
- Freelancers: a call link goes to the client in one message.
- Teamwork: short meetings without a chain of clarifications.
What makes booking easy for the guest
A person who books does not need to install an app or create an account on a third-party service. They tap the link and choose a time. Fewer steps means fewer people changing their mind.
That is the secret of good booking: remove any friction between "I want" and "I booked" 🙂
Setting it up so you will not regret it
- Define working hours: offer only times you are really ready to work.
- Leave gaps: meetings need minutes for rest and travel in between.
- Mind the time zone: time confusion is the most common reason for missed meetings.
- Test the link yourself: open it as a guest and walk the client's path.
Once a week, glance at the schedule. If slots sit empty or, the opposite, everything fills in a day, rebuild them.
When a guest does not show up
Missed meetings happen even with perfect booking. To lose fewer, drop the person a short message the day before and confirm the time still works. One question a day ahead often saves the whole slot.
Decide in advance how long you will wait and say so in the message. Then disputed situations almost never arise 🕒
Your booking link as a business card
Put it where people find you: in the profile header, in a channel description, in a post signature. Then booking turns from a request like "message me" into a ready action.
Do not publish the link where you do not want random bookings. Anyone holding it can take a slot, so share it on purpose.
