About this App
You plan to start a business with money from a Russian social contract, but you are not sure the commission will accept your business plan. One slip in the estimate and the document comes back for rework. This bot lets you test a plan before you submit it.
It offers a free checklist of 24 checks and a short request form for an individual business plan. The team works across Russia.
What the free checklist gives you
The checklist opens with /checklist. It reads like a list of questions aimed at your plan, from the idea to the risks. You go point by point and see where the document is weak.
It covers the parts a commission usually looks at:
- Idea. Is it clear what you will do and who will buy it.
- Estimate. Do the sums match real prices for equipment and materials.
- Unit cost. What one item or service costs you to produce.
- Sales. Where clients come from and how many are realistic.
- Expenses. Rent, taxes, consumables, fixed costs.
- Risks. What happens if demand drops or equipment gets pricier.
A request form that takes minutes
If you need a finished document, you leave a request. The bot's own description says it takes 2-3 minutes. After that, an individual plan is prepared for your region and type of activity.
An idea check starts at 1,500 rubles. Confirm the final price of a full plan before you pay, and keep the correspondence.
The commission decides, not the bot
Understand this from the start. Any consultant, however experienced, prepares a document, while approval stays with the commission. The bot says so in its description.
So be wary of anyone promising guaranteed approval. Nobody can give that promise. The reassuring sign is the opposite: clear terms and an honest explanation of the steps.
How much you can get and for what
For starting a business, the payment generally reaches up to 350,000 rubles, though conditions vary by region. Some places apply raised coefficients, for example for large families.
The money goes to what the estimate lists: equipment, materials, registration. It cannot be spent on anything else, and you will report under the social adaptation program afterward.
Three mistakes that send plans back
- No price evidence. Figures in the estimate should be backed by price lists or commercial offers.
- Overly rosy income. The commission compares your numbers with regional averages.
- An empty risk section. Write a calm version of "what if it does not work".
Getting real value from the checklist
Do not fill it in on the run. Take a draft of your plan, open the checklist, and answer every point honestly. Wherever your answer is "I do not know", a rejection risk is hiding.
Write down the weak spots and fix them before you talk to any consultant. The paid part then goes faster, and the commission has fewer questions. Ask a friend who knows nothing about the topic to read the plan: if they can tell what you will do, so can the commission.
The other commands
The /privacy command opens the data policy. Read it before you leave a phone number and a description of your idea. 🔒
The /id command shows your Telegram ID, and /help reminds you how the menu works. The main menu opens with /start.
