About this App
Running three channels, a group and a couple of forum topics turns posting into a second job. Write, copy, fix the buttons, remember the timing. Posto takes that routine off your plate 📅
It is a Telegram bot for publishing to channels, groups and topics, built from day one for projects with more than one channel. You write a post once, and it goes where you want, when you want.
One draft, every channel
The core idea is to stop repeating yourself. You prepare a post, pick the connected channels and set a separate time for each. Links and buttons can differ per channel too.
Setup is short. The /addchannel command walks you through adding the bot to a channel and giving it posting rights. The full list of options is always available through /help and /features.
A hundred posts in one go
This one is for people who stockpile material. Forward a batch of messages to the bot and they land in the publishing queue right away. No need to open every post and set a date by hand.
It is handy for planning a month of content in a single evening. Collect drafts in your notes, forward them all at once and forget about them until publication day.
What a Posto post can include
- Recurring posts. Reminders, channel rules and ad blocks go out on a schedule without you.
- Buttons under the post. Links to a site, a chat or a subscription page.
- Premium emoji. Animated emoji inside the post text.
- Watermarks. A logo or signature on images, so they are harder to reuse without credit.
- Slideshows and image quizzes. Engagement formats that a plain post cannot do.
- Hidden text. Part of the post stays locked until the reader joins your channel.
Turbo Mode and the AI rewriter
Turbo Mode is for busy days with lots of posts. It speeds up creating and sending them, so you are not clicking through the same menus over and over.
The built-in AI can rewrite a text for each channel. That helps when one piece of news goes to different audiences and identical copies look lazy. Still, read the result before it goes live: a model can slip on names and numbers ✍️
A setup that holds up
- Connect your first channel with /addchannel and check the bot's rights.
- Schedule a test post for five minutes from now and see how it looks in the channel.
- Set up buttons and a watermark once, then reuse them as a template.
- Forward your main batch of posts and spread them over the calendar.
- Look at the queue once a week. Plans change, and an outdated post is easier to remove early.
Where automation bites back
Auto-posting does not replace an editor. A post scheduled a month ahead can go stale when a promotion ends, a price changes or the news cycle moves on. Leave room for edits and review the queue 🔍
The bot needs admin rights in your channel, so grant them only to services you trust and remove them when you stop using the bot. Give the minimum: publishing and managing messages, with no extras such as adding admins.
Publishing time depends on your time zone. Check that yours is selected before a bulk upload, or the morning post will go out at night.
Who saves evenings with Posto
Admins of channel networks, news editors, shop owners and community managers who publish the same template in several places. A single small channel with one post a week is fine with Telegram's own scheduled messages, but once you run several channels, Posto starts paying back in time.
The bot also has its own news and tips channel, and it shows the link inside the chat.
