PlaneTON: a fleet of paper planes

The paper plane has long been a Telegram symbol. PlaneTON turns it into a game: open loot boxes, build a fleet, upgrade your planes and mint favorite models as NFTs. ✈️

The game is made by the studio T-LAB and runs as a Telegram mini app. About 2,700 people play monthly, and the project's site has a detailed FAQ.

Starting your fleet

Your first plane comes from a loot box you buy. Inside is a random model, each with its own stats:

• PP (Plane Points). The plane's power. Total fleet PP sets your leaderboard spot and future reward size.
• Plane level. Rises with upgrades.
• Farming multiplier. Boosts passively earned Respect.
• Mini-game multiplier. Boosts rewards from active play.

Each plane card shows a serial number and the model's total supply, and you can show off finds in Telegram Stories. 📸

Respect Points

1. Passive farming. Respect accrues on its own but must be claimed every 3 hours to keep going.
2. Mini-games pay more Respect than passive mode.
3. Friends. Each invite earns an hourly bonus, even while you are offline.
4. Tasks in the game also pay Respect.

Respect upgrades planes and buys flight tickets. Tickets drop from loot boxes or cost 5,000 Respect or 10 Stars in the shop. Total Respect earned sets your level.

NFTs and future drops

The key feature is turning a plane into an NFT, recording ownership on the blockchain. The developers also urge players to build fleets and prepare for future airdrops. No confirmed token or drop details are public, so that remains a promise. ⚠️

A seven-level referral system

The project channel calls it SocialFi where you can earn by growing your fleet and influence, including via a 7-level referral system. Multi-level referral payouts are a warning sign: income in such schemes often depends on new players joining rather than on the game.

Playing sensibly

• Do not buy many loot boxes at once. Random prizes are a lottery.
• Do not recruit friends with income promises.
• Check NFT prices on a marketplace before deciding a plane is valuable.
• Connect a wallet only via the official bot and never enter a seed phrase on outside sites. 🔒

The TON ecosystem has other paper plane projects: a separate meme token and an official Telegram collectible gift shaped like a plane. Neither is related to PlaneTON.
