What do a Japanese mahjong platform and a Telegram game with a token plan have in common? A heroine named Suzume Senpai. This mini app comes from the JAN-Navi team: a clicker where you spend time with a character, plus a tile-matching puzzle. It runs inside Telegram and is linked to the TON blockchain 🀄
Who is behind the game
The game was launched in October 2024 by Metastar Hong Kong, which co-operates the Jannavi online mahjong platform with partners. The platform has run since 2004, and according to the developers it has more than 5.7 million members over its lifetime.
The game is meant as a first step in taking the brand international. The JN token it points to is tied to the project's plans to grow mahjong e-sports.
Two modes in one app
The first mode is a clicker. By tapping you reveal rare images of Suzume Senpai, and each image has a theme you try to guess.
The second mode is a tile puzzle. You connect identical tiles with lines, and clearing stages also earns points. You do not need to know mahjong rules for it.
- Clicker: rare images and points for activity.
- Tiles: levels built on pairs of identical pieces.
- Tasks: daily logins, inviting friends, connecting a wallet.
Where the points come from
Points are awarded for interacting with the heroine, for progress in school and mahjong club activities inside the game, for tasks outside the game and for daily visits. Sharing rare images on social media pays more, and so does inviting friends.
The points are called Senpai-Power. According to the description, their only purpose is to be a bridge to the JN token, which is planned for launch in the future. A distribution of JN is being prepared for top players on the leaderboard.
What "a planned token" means
Plans are not a guarantee. The timing, size and terms of a giveaway are set by the team, and many Telegram projects miss their dates. Treat points as a score and not as future money 🪙
- Do not spend money for points: the token has not launched.
- Connect a wallet only through a link from the official channel, and preferably an empty one.
- Never enter a seed phrase in the game or send it to anyone.
- Limit your time: clickers are sticky and no reward is promised.
Not getting stuck in the clicker
Clickers are built to bring you back every day. Login streaks, entry bonuses and new images all lean on habit. That is normal game design, but notice the moment the game starts running your schedule.
Give yourself a frame, say ten minutes a day, and check it once a week. If the points no longer please you and you tap out of inertia, feel free to drop the app.
Who this is for
If you like light puzzles that last a couple of minutes, the tile mode works fine on its own. The interface is in English, so basic words will help.
If you came for the giveaway, remember it is a lottery where the only stake is your time. Decide in advance how many minutes a day you will give it.
