What you can write

The bot accepts any message addressed to the channel's author. Small questions and complaints both fit.

• Remarks. A link will not open or an archive is damaged.
• Suggestions. Which templates, mockups or fonts you want to see.
• Questions. How to use a file or open a format.
• Complaints. Copyright violations or problems with a post.

You can attach a photo, video or audio. A screenshot of an error often explains more than a paragraph of text. 📎

About the channel it belongs to

PSD Zone publishes resources for designers: PSD templates, mockups, flyers, banners, actions, brushes, overlays and fonts. New material appears almost daily, and the channel has its own website.

The bot does not answer design questions itself. It only hands your text to the person who runs the channel.

How to write so you get an answer

1. State the problem in one sentence at the start.
2. Name the file or post your question is about.
3. Attach a screenshot or file if it helps.
4. Add what you have already tried.
5. Be polite: the author replies by hand and need not do it instantly.

Downloading files: simple hygiene

Channels with large file collections also attract people who plant harmful content. Any downloaded archive deserves an antivirus scan before you open it.

• Scan archives. Especially ones with executable files inside.
• Watch the formats. A PSD template needs no installer.
• Use licensed fonts and images. A free giveaway does not always mean free commercial use.

Examples of messages that help

A clear request saves time for both sides. Compare "it does not work" with "the archive from yesterday's mockup post will not unpack and says the file is damaged". The second is understood at once.

If you suggest a topic, explain why you need it: for example, you often need flyer templates for small cafes. It is easier for an author to serve a concrete need than a general "add more of everything".

If you report a rights violation, attach evidence: a link to the original or a description of the work. The matter then gets settled faster. ✉️

And remember to say thanks if you were helped: the author of such a channel likes to know the work was noticed.

What about privacy

Your message goes to the channel owner, so they see your profile and text. Do not send passwords, payment data or personal documents through the bot.

If you need to reach out on a business matter, such as advertising, phrase your request clearly and briefly. 🔒

Who the bot is for

Subscribers of PSD Zone, designers and anyone who needs to contact the author of the collections. If you want a universal support service, this is not it: the bot serves a single channel.
