Textify UA: Books in Telegram

You want to reread the novel someone recommended last month, and combing through online stores is a chore. Textify UA looks for books right inside Telegram: type a title or an author, and the bot finds an edition in Ukrainian or Russian. 📚

The app calls itself a Ukrainian assistant for reading, and its interface is in Ukrainian.

What the search covers

Just type a book title into the chat or tap /search. You can search by title and by author.

Pay in Stars, not with a card

Payment goes through Telegram Stars, the messenger's internal currency that you buy inside Telegram. You never type bank card details into the bot. ⭐

To move a file into your reader, open the download in Telegram, tap Open in, and pick your reading app. On phones that takes a couple of taps, and the book lands on your shelf at once.

When hunting for a rare edition, try different spellings: the full author name, the title without a subtitle, a transliteration. Title and author searches react to different queries, and one of them usually hits. 🔍

Which file format fits

• EPUB. Reflows to the screen, the best pick for phones and most readers.
• FB2. Popular across former Soviet countries, and many reading apps open it.
• PDF. Keeps the page layout, handy for textbooks and illustrated books, but harder to read on a small screen.

About authors' rights

Books are protected by copyright, and sites that hand them out without the rights holders' consent sit in a gray zone. A paid section with Stars checkout looks fairer than random archives. ⚖️

If a book is sold legally, buying it supports the author and publisher. That counts for more with Ukrainian-language authors, whose market is small.
