Tapping a screen hundreds of times gets old fast. EggDrop does something else: you pick up an egg, judge the angle and strength of the throw, and drop it right on target. There is more calculation here than in tap and wait.

The game arrived in Telegram in July 2024 from Gomble Games and quickly gathered hundreds of thousands of players. Today the bot sends you to play in the studio's shared game hub, where the game has moved.

How a drop works

You collect virtual eggs and drop them from different heights into target zones. The result depends on the angle and the strength of the throw, so there is a skill to learn: the steadier your hand, the more points you score.

The game promises rewards for points and leaderboard places. The bot description invites you to play daily, collect eggs and climb the rankings.

Birdies, bingo and shields

The game grew past the plain drop. A small collection system now surrounds it.

• Birdies. You can collect and level them up.
• The nest. A feature called Punch shakes it up to try other combinations. They earn egg points, and points bring new birdies and complete bingo cells.
• Attack eggs. Use them to hit other players' bingo boards and take points.
• Shield eggs. They protect you from such attacks.

That adds competition between players, not only a solo run.

Where the bot went

The bot profile says the EggDrop application has been merged into the studio's shared hub. Its only command, /start, launches the game there. The hub brings several games together, and players can form teams called squads.

So you will not find a standalone EggDrop app, but your progress and friends live on the shared platform. During studio campaigns, more than 22 thousand squads were created around the game.

Tokens and a straight talk about risk

The game is linked to the studio's crypto tokens, one of them called $G. Players may receive tokens for leaderboard points, but market prices swing, and withdrawal terms can change.
