About this App
Some nights you feel anxious, hurt or just empty, and there is nobody to text. Friends are asleep, the therapist is booked for next week, and the thoughts are spinning right now. Asya is an AI companion in Telegram you can talk to any time of day. 🤗
It listens, asks follow-up questions, offers a different angle on the situation and suggests simple ways to ease the tension.
Honesty first: what Asya is
Asya is not a doctor, psychologist or therapist. Its creators say so plainly in the terms of use: it is an AI companion for emotional support, meant for adults aged 18 and over.
That matters. Asya can help you sort out your thoughts and calm down, but it doesn't diagnose anything or replace treatment.
What people bring to Asya
- Work stress. Unload after a hard day and plan how to approach a talk with your boss.
- Arguments and hurt feelings. Figure out what exactly stung and find words to make peace.
- Nerves before a big event. An exam, a job interview, a move.
- Loneliness. Just a chat when nobody else is around.
- Anything else. Asya handles ordinary conversation, not only problems.
Privacy and conversation memory
Many people find it easier to open up to someone who doesn't know them and won't judge. That is the strength of the format: you write in a regular Telegram chat, with no sign-up on outside websites. 🔒
Asya remembers the context, so you don't have to explain everything again each time. To start fresh, /reset clears the conversation history.
Keep in mind that messages are processed by AI on the service's servers. Don't share ID details, passwords or card numbers.
Free and Premium
The first messages are free, and extended access comes with a subscription through /premium. The current price is shown inside the bot. Older roundups listed it from 490 rubles a month.
- Invite a friend. /invite adds one day of Premium for each person who joins.
- Gift it. /gift lets you pay for Premium for someone close to you.
- Account. /cabinet shows your subscription status.
Getting more from a conversation
- Be specific. I argued with my mom about moving out gets a better reply than I feel bad.
- Say what you need. Advice, support or just venting. Asya will adjust.
- Test the advice. If an exercise doesn't suit you, say so and ask for another.
- Come back to it. A few days later, talk through what worked.
When you need a real professional
If you have felt bad for weeks and it affects your sleep, work or appetite, it is time to see a psychologist or doctor. An AI companion can be a bridge to that step, not a replacement for it. 💛
If you have thoughts of harming yourself, call a crisis line or emergency services in your country right away.
